Our Day Programme has really taken off – we have had two gold medals on show when Alena Saili kindly brought her medals in and posed with some of our patients with the medals around their necks. Such a privilege for our patients and they were delighted to hear Alena’s story. We are so grateful for all of our communities’ support, it is really needed and means we can continue with our work.

I was at a Father’s Day lunch on Sunday and the couple next to me recognised me from Hospice and leaned over to say Hospice Southland – it’s the best hospice in New Zealand. That was lovely to hear and its down to your support for us in the many, many ways you do.

Thankyou.
